That is how I feel about this dress! I will still wear it, but it will always be in the back of my mind that that heffer (my dress form) wore it better. Well -she is slightly thinner. Anyway this pattern is another morphed creation. The bodice and ruffle is from Simplicity 2374 and the skirt is from an old Stretchh&Sew pattern. This

I'm having that same problem, although I'm thinking of scraping it all together and turning it into something else. Your fabric is such a showstopper that I am sure it looks just as great on you.
